Asistente360Pro is operated by ADJ CONSTRUCTION LLC. These terms govern use of the Asistente360Pro account, productivity, scheduling, task, document, and customer-care services.

Use of the service

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for lawful use of the service. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time.

Asistente360Pro Customer Care SMS Program

ADJ CONSTRUCTION LLC sends non-promotional CUSTOMER_CARE SMS messages only to authorized, registered Asistente360Pro users who voluntarily opt in through the web registration form. Messages are limited to user-requested support, customer-care responses, service-request follow-ups, and user-requested reminders. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or use of the service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
