This program sends non-promotional CUSTOMER_CARE messages only to authorized registered users who voluntarily opt in. Messages are not marketing or promotional messages.
Messages include user-requested support, customer-care responses, service-request follow-ups, and user-requested reminders.
Web-form opt-in
To opt in, open the public registration form without logging in, enter an optional mobile number, and affirmatively select the separate optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to create an account or use the service. Consent is voluntary. No keyword opt-in is offered.
